Terms & Conditions

By booking a cruise with Black Cruise Pattaya you agree to the following terms.

Bookings. Public day cruises sail on Wednesdays and Sundays and should be booked at least one day in advance. Booking and payment are completed on our Trip Dust booking page. Tickets are priced per person by seat type.

Boarding. Please arrive at Bali Hai Pier in good time before departure. The ship departs on schedule; late arrivals may not be able to board and may not be eligible for a refund.

Children & safety. Children aged 4–11 are welcome on the Window Side Seat option. Guests must follow the crew's safety instructions at all times and wear the life jackets provided during watersports.

Cancellations & changes. You may cancel or change your date free of charge up to 72 hours before departure for a full refund or free reschedule. Cruises may be rescheduled due to weather or circumstances beyond our control; in such cases we will offer an alternative sailing or refund as applicable.
